What is an oxygen bar?

An oxygen bar is a wellness station where guests inhale concentrated, aromatherapy-infused oxygen through a single-use nasal cannula. We deliver around 90%–95% pure oxygen — compared to the 21% in the air we normally breathe — filtered in real time by medical-grade concentrators. No tanks, no pressure, no medical setup. It's a social, interactive experience that leaves guests feeling refreshed, focused, and energized within minutes.

Is an oxygen bar safe?

Yes — for the vast majority of healthy adults, an oxygen bar is completely safe. Our equipment uses non-pressurized, low-flow oxygen and water-based aromas (no inhalable oils), and every guest gets a brand-new nasal cannula. Sessions are short, supervised, and run by trained staff.

Guests with respiratory conditions like COPD or severe asthma, anyone on oxygen therapy, or anyone pregnant should check with their doctor before participating. Oxygen bars have been operating safely worldwide for over 25 years.

How long does each oxygen session last?

Most guests enjoy 5 to 10 minutes per session — long enough to feel the energy boost and relaxation without holding up the line. For smaller private events or VIP guests, sessions can run up to 20 minutes. Our staff coaches each guest in real time, so no one feels rushed and no one overstays.

How many people can use the oxygen bar at once?

Each bar serves up to 12 guests at the same time. A typical 4-hour event easily serves 200–400+ guests with one bar. For larger events (1,000+ attendees) or multi-day conferences, we deploy multiple stations. We'll right-size your setup during the quote — you only pay for what your event actually needs.

How much space does the oxygen bar need?

A roughly 10×10 foot footprint with access to a standard 110V outlet is all we need. The bar itself is about 7 feet wide and around 5 feet tall once set up. We can fit into corner lounges, ballrooms, conference floors, outdoor tents, hotel lobbies — anywhere a high-engagement experience can live.

Are the nose pieces (cannulas) sanitary?

Every single guest receives a brand-new, individually sealed nasal cannula — sterile, single-use, and disposed of immediately after their session. Cannulas are never reused, never shared. It's the same medical-grade hygiene standard you'd see in a clinical setting, served with hospitality.

Can the oxygen bar be branded with our company logo?

Absolutely — this is one of the biggest reasons hosts choose us. Every booth comes with a fully custom wrap featuring your logo, brand colors, and event theme. LED lighting, signage, scent menus, and even cannula packaging can be tailored to match.

What scents and aromatherapy options do you offer?

Our standard menu includes 10+ aromatherapy blends — eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint, citrus, vanilla, cinnamon, focus blends, energy blends, and stress-relief blends, plus seasonal options. All aromas are water-based (FDA-aligned) and natural. Guests can mix scents to build their own combinations.

What's included in the price?

Our all-inclusive pricing covers everything: setup, teardown, staffing, equipment, sanitation, brand-new cannulas for every guest, and the full aromatherapy menu. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons. For out-of-state events, travel costs are quoted separately during your discovery call.

Do you travel outside the Bay Area?

Yes. We're based in San Jose and serve the entire Bay Area as our standard footprint. We also travel out-of-state for the right event — travel costs including transportation and accommodations are quoted transparently during your discovery call based on your event's specifics.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can. Q4 (October–December), wedding season (May–September), and major conference dates book out 2–4 months in advance. If your date is firm, lock it in with a deposit. Check date availability →

Can guests with health conditions use the oxygen bar?

For most guests, no problem at all. Out of caution, we recommend that guests with chronic respiratory conditions (like COPD or severe asthma), anyone currently on prescribed oxygen therapy, or anyone pregnant consult their doctor before participating.
